Gasper Patrico is dedicated to helping leadership teams convert strategic potential into marketplace results and sustained performance over time. His journalistic interviewing skills, adept use of language, and ability to convert information to insight is key to the success of the studio's brand development and nonprofit fundraising practice.
      The Intersection Studio proprietary story and brand development model emerged over a period of years at Think!City Inc., a new species of consultancy, where Mr. Patrico was Founder and CEO. There, in collaboration with a team of multi-disciplined practitioners, he created a model that merged the disciplines of strategy, brand, organizational development, and marketing to help CEOs manage companies as living brands. During the dot com explosion of the late 90s and early 2000s, Think!City became the go-to brand strategy firm for Cap Gemini Ernst & Young's High Growth Practice in the U.S.
      A quick mind and command of language fueled his prior career as a creative director, writer, and producer in the advertising world. For 20 years, Patrico worked in senior creative management positions in the advertising agency world where he honed his critical eye, filmmaking skills, and command of production in all media.
      His writing, producing, and consulting skills present unique competencies by which brand assets are converted to revenue and results. Mr. Patrico holds a BA in Journalism from the University of Michigan. He studied screenwriting in the UCLA and USC programs, experience that informs story work for Intersection Studio clients.
